If you are an individual member of 糖心Vlog but your airport is not a member of ACI-NA, please contact meetings@airportscouncil.org.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent to meetings@airportscouncil.org no later than January 22, 2027. Registration fees are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after January 22, 2027.

Hotel Accommodations

All conference programming, unless otherwise noted, will be held at the , located at 31 Woodfin Street, Asheville, NC 28801.

We have reserved a room block at the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel. The discounted hotel rate for the traditional room type is $169 USD for single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. Other category/view room types are available at a higher rate.

The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Friday, February 12, 2027. Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.

Guarantee & Cancellation Policy: All reservations will be guaranteed for the first night鈥檚 room and tax. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of arrival will not be charged.

ACI-NA does not work with third parties that would contact attendees about hotel accommodations for the conference. Please report any unauthorized solicitations to meetings@airportscouncil.org.

This annual swag swap is an ACES tradition where attendees bring their favorite, hottest, and most creative airport swag to share with fellow airport besties.

Participants are invited to send or bring items to exchange with other attendees鈥攅verything from fun giveaways to unique airport-branded merchandise. You can send as much or as little as you like, but for planning purposes, we anticipate approximately 275 attendees.

The Airport Customer Experience Symposium is the most vibrant and engaging networking opportunity of the year for airport CX and volunteer/ambassador program professionals, partners, and service providers. Events are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tabletop exhibits are included as a sponsorship benefit and will not be sold as a standalone opportunity until all sponsored events and items are sold, and will only be sold if space is still available.

Confirmed sponsors may purchase up to three additional full-conference registrations at the exclusive sponsor rate of $750 per person, regardless of membership status or registration date.

Complimentary and discounted registrations are reserved for representatives of the sponsoring organization and are nontransferable to other companies.

Additional registrations must be requested at the time the sponsorship agreement is submitted, and the associated fees will be included on the sponsorship invoice.
