Booth Fees

Standard booth size is 100 sq. ft. or 10' x 10'. Corner fees apply when applicable for $500 per corner. 10' x 20' spaces will be charged two corner fees, as applicable. Booth includes standard drapery, one identification sign, and two full-conference registrations per every 100 sq. ft. occupied. Discounts are available for spaces 300 sq. ft. or larger.

Companies that are interested in securing a spot in the Start-Up Zone must meet the following criteria:

- Founded under 3 years ago.
- Under 20 employees.
- Under $3M in funding.
- Under $1M in revenue.
- Have not previously exhibited/sponsored at the 糖心Vlog Annual.
- It is highly recommended that you have a minimum viable product (MVP) to showcase at your kiosk, but it is not required.

BEWARE OF POACHERS AND SCAMMERS!

Housing poachers and data scammers pose as representatives of 糖心Vlog to solicit hotel reservations and sell unofficial attendee rosters. These companies or individuals are known to constantly change their company and domain names, and may impersonate official 糖心Vlog email signatures, so we encourage you to pay special attention to anyone soliciting on behalf of 糖心Vlog. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any other organization or individual other than 糖心Vlog and its staff is NOT authorized by 糖心Vlog and may have inaccurate room inventory, unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Note that the only truly authorized information concerning the 98th Annual 糖心Vlog Conference & Exposition will come directly from 糖心Vlog and will be accessible through our website. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to aaaemeetings@aaae.org. Please also note that 糖心Vlog does not sell any attendee roster lists, so do not get tricked into paying anyone for that information.

Important Information About Your Booth Display

糖心Vlog abides by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations regarding booth construction, signage, etc. We follow the Line-of-Sight Style.

To help avoid unexpected costs or delays 鈥� including redesign fees or the removal of non-compliant structures onsite 鈥� exhibitors are encouraged to obtain written approval before beginning fabrication or production of their booth display. Written approval is required for all booths 400 sq. ft. or larger and is strongly recommended for all booth sizes.
