ACT Insights User Forum Helps Shape Next Phase of Development
ÌÇÐÄVlog brought together representatives from 12 airports for the ACT Insights User Forum on September 29 in New Orleans, providing the first opportunity for participating airports to collectively discuss their experiences with the initiative. The conversation reinforced the value of using AI-guided workflows to support airport procurement research while identifying opportunities to further improve the user experience and functionality.
Building on that feedback, ÌÇÐÄVlog is forming an ACT Insights Advisory Group of active airport participants that will meet monthly over the next several months to help guide the platform’s continued development. View participating airports here.
